Our SECOND Puzzle Competition is very soon!! Here are the details:
When: Saturday, March 21st, starting with BRUNCH served from 10:30-11:30. The competition will begin promptly at 11:30.
Where:West Edge Factory, 1040 Vernon St, Huntington (It's in the old Corbin factory building in Westmoreland.)
Why: This is afun raiser for friends, family and co-workers and a fund-raiser for local schools. The profits will be donated to the Cabell County Schools Foundation to offer mini-grants to teachers, and we're working with Wayne County to start a Wayne County Schools Foundation. Bring your old puzzles to exchange!
Cost: $25 per person. Teams of 4 or more people will be given one WV 3.0 puzzle to work. If you are just signing up yourself or your group is less than four, we can group you with others. Brunch, drinks (Jack and the Bean will be there!), snacks, one raffle ticket, and a friendship-bracelet table are included.
Rules: #1 Rule: Come and have fun. This is not a strict rules-based competition. The puzzle working will start at 11:30 and end at 3:00. "Very fancy" trophies will be given in several categories including to the team that finishes first or is closest to finished, Team Spirit Award, and Best Selfie Award. Children are welcome. West Edge has a side entrance with no steps.
